Manage corporate access to Meta Quest headsets via the Admin Centre. Organisations can also manage and provision accounts for their business through automated provisioning and integration with key identity providers.
Device Manger gives you direct control over all your Meta Quest headsets, with a built-in MDM solution and optional integrations with third-party MDM. From the management centre, you can perform mass provisioning, set device profiles and check device status, as well as configure certificate-based Wi-Fi support, request PIN resets or remotely wipe devices.
Admins can deploy and manage private apps to Meta Quest headsets through the device manager via APK link or through a dedicated business channel. Admins can also control which apps users can see and download by disabling access to the Quest App Store in the device configuration settings for managed devices.
Shared Mode allows Meta Quest devices to be shared by multiple people, while giving admins the ability to decide which apps they’re able to use. A session passcode lets users return to their session after a break.

With casting, you can display your Meta Quest view on a computer or external display through a web browser, so others can view your in-headset experience. Users can mirror their views to facilitate training, support, demonstrations and presentations. Trainers can also improve device management efficiency with casting by sharing their in-headset view to walk users through specific steps or processes as they get up to speed with their devices. Admins can control which devices are able to cast.
Device management allows IT Admins to see managed devices, select the device configuration
(Individual Mode or Shared Mode), manage security policy preferences, remote wipe devices, set network for the device, set the timezone of the device, require device pin (specifying length and
pattern requirements), allow apps from unknown sources and remotely deploy APKs.
Third-Party MDM Integration
Third-party MDM integrations allow IT Admins to connect their Quest for Business instance to their
preferred MDM supplier. This solution is ideal for organizations who seek to centralize management
of their business devices under one platform or one of our supported third-party MDM integrations.
Supported MDMs include Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, and Ivanti (formerly MobileIron). Functionalities available through the integrations include (but not limited to) remote wipe, requiring a device pin, and deploying wifi certificates.

Private Apps Externally-hosted
Developers can host an APK externally off Meta’s platform and provide the link through the Admin Center, which is then installed on managed devices. This feature is currently compatible with both our proprietary 1st-party MDM solution and select 3rd-party MDM solutions.

platform. Developers are able to make applications accessible to businesses via a dedicated Business Channel, from where they can be securely distributed within the organization.
Meta Quest Store Access Controls
Admins can enable or disable access to the Meta Quest App Store through admin controls in the Admin Center, and can be configured for a group of devices. Disabling the Meta Quest Store for managed devices will restrict access to both the Meta Quest Store and App Lap applications, result in the removal of in-app purchase functionality, and uninstall any applications previously installed prior to the change.
